Chen Guanjing said that the first reason for sports injuries is insufficient preparation, including rashly exercising without knowing enough about exercise, and starting exercise without fully warming up. ; The second is irregular sports movements; the third is improper selection of exercise methods. Different groups of people should choose appropriate exercise methods according to their own conditions.

So, how to avoid sports injuries? Chen Guanjing suggested that you should fully warm up before exercising. Warm-up activities mainly include two parts. One is endurance exercise of small and medium intensity, such as standing in place, brisk walking or jogging, cross steps, jumping jacks, etc., to improve cardiopulmonary adaptability. The second is dynamic stretching of various parts of the body to improve the extensibility of muscles and joints. After exercise, you can perform cleaning exercises such as slow foam rolling and static stretching to improve the body's recovery rate.

In addition, when exercising, you should wear suitable sports clothing and shoes, pay attention to the safe use of sports venues and equipment, and avoid exercising in high temperature and high humidity environments.
